Abstract
One of the fundamental challenges in maintaining or developing the educational fields of universities is the effect of obtaining a university degree on facilitating the entry of graduates into the specialized labor market. The amount of learned skills in line with the theoretical foundations of education is one of the most important indicators of the quality assessment of the specialized labor force, so that factors affecting their skill learning should be considered along with the process of traditional university education and research. The non-optimality of the economic platforms, especially for engineering fields, led to the fact that in healthy competition for employment, graduates who have strengthened their ability to enter the labor market by combining theoretical foundations and professional skills, have more chances for stable employment. One of the ways to assess the skills of graduates of this field is to use global skills assessment methods. The International Labor Organization organizes the World Skills Competition every 2 years. One of the active disciplines is campus planning (landscape architecture). In this research, by monitoring the employment of graduates, competition medalists and landscape architecture graduates in technical and vocational organizations, employment was monitored. The purpose of employment monitoring has been to investigate the role of skill training in creating effective employment. In order to increase the skill and executive ability of the graduates of the field, following the example of the technical description of the global competitions of green spaces, suggestions have been presented to modify and change the educational topics of the field. The results showed that there is a significant connection between skill training in this academic field and the employment rate of graduates. It is expected that the results of the present research will be a strategic step to reduce the gap between the university and the labor market by creating a new approach in the compilation of university course headings.
