Population structure of wheat landraces were assessed using microsatellites, vernalization, leaf rust resistance and low molecular glutamine subunits genes. Based on the identified genes and markers toolkit and genomic breeding values, QTL isogenic recombinant inbred lines and genotypes and varieties with multiple genes and QTLs were selected and crossed for development of multi-parental population. Selection of desirable genotypes was started from F3 generation based on grain yield and its components, yellow rust resistance under natural infection, shape and size of flag leaf. The selected genotypes at different generations were evaluated under normal irrigation and rainfed conditions. Under rainfed condition, in the selected F5 genotypes, length of spike varied from 10 to 19 with an average of 13.78 cm and number of grain per spike ranged from 38 to 180 with a mean of 94.20 grain. Under normal irrigation, length of spike and number of grain per spike of the selected genotypes varied from 13 to 24 with a mean of 16.33 cm and 20 to 90 with a mean of 128.14 grain, respectively. The results of this project indicated that application of genomics methods and techniques could increase the efficiency of development of high yielding and environmental stresses tolerant cultivars.}, keywords = {Genomic breeding selection,marker,Selection,Wheat}, title_fa = {ژنگان‌‌شناسی از آزمایشگاه تا مزرعه: تولید نژادگان‌‌های گندم پرمحصول و متحمل به تنش‌‌های محیطی}, abstract_fa = {برای تولید نژادگان‌‌‌‌های4 گندم پرمحصول و متحمل به تنش‌‌های محیطی، ژن‌‌های کنترل‌‌کننده5 صفت‌‌های مختلف مکان‌‌یابی شدند و تنوع نوکلئوتیدی ژن‌‌های مقاومت به زنگ‌‌های قهوه‌‌ای (Lr) و زرد (Yr) و آنالوگ‌‌های ژن‌‌های مقاومت به بیماری در رقم‌‌های مقاوم و حساس گندم نان و ژن‌‌های بهاره‌‌سازی در توده‌‌های بومی گندم ایران برای طراحی نشانگرهای چندشکلی تک‌نوکلئوتیدی6 ارزیابی گردیدند. ساختار جمعیت توده‌‌های بومی گندم با استفاده از نشانگرهای اس. اس.آر7، نشانگرهای     ژن‌‌های بهاره‌‌سازی، مقاومت به زنگ قهوه‌‌ای (Lr) و زیر‌واحدهای گلوتنین با وزن مولکولی پایین بررسی شد. براساس مجموعه ژنی و نشانگری شناسایی شده و ارزش بهنژادی ژنگانی (ژنومی)،‌‌ رگه‌های خویش‌آمیخته8 نوترکیب ایزوژن برای ژن‌های کنترل‌کننده و نژادگان‌‌‌ها و رقم‌‌‌‌هایی با ژن‌‌ها و ژن‌های کنترل‌کننده چندگانه انتخاب و برای ایجاد جمعیت‌‌های چند‌والدی تلاقی داده شدند. گزینش نژادگان‌‌‌های مطلوب براساس عملکرد دانه و اجزا آن، مقاومت به زنگ زرد، شکل و اندازه برگ پرچم از نسل‌‌ سوم شروع شد. نژادگان‌‌‌های انتخابی در نسل‌‌های مختلف در شرایط آبیاری معمولی و بدون آبیاری کشت و ارزیابی شدند. در شرایط بدون آبیاری، نژادگان‌‌‌های انتخابی نسل پنجم دارای طول سنبله با دامنه 10 تا 19 و میانگین 87/13 سانتیمتر و تعداد دانه در سنبله با دامنه 38 تا 180 و میانگین 20/94 دانه بودند. در آبیاری عادی، طول سنبله و تعداد دانه در سنبله نژادگان‌‌‌های انتخابی به ترتیب از 13 تا 24 با میانگین 33/16 سانتیمتر و 90 تا 260 با میانگین 14/128 دانه متغیر بودند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از روش‌‌های ژنگان‌شناسی (ژنومیک)9 در برنامه‌‌های بهنژادی می‌‌تواند کارآیی تولید رقم‌‌های پرمحصول و متحمل به  تنش‌‌های محیطی را افزایش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {ارزش بهنژادی ژنگانی,گزینش,نشانگر,گندم}, url = {https://srj.asnr.ias.ac.ir/article_112906.html}, eprint = {https://srj.asnr.ias.ac.ir/article_112906_c6c7a92f17e8b682698d2706b5949970.pdf} }
