Organic advocates believe that genetic manipulation will alter the characteristics of the food product, some of which are useful and some undesirable. They believe that food products that have not been approved for a long period of time, should not be used. On the other hand, they say that transgenic crops can become dominant in the environment and even endanger some of the natural plants as genetic germplasm sources in the flora of the world. Transgenic crops have made up a large part of the world's agricultural industry. Currently, the level of transgenic crop cultivation has increased more than 100folds since 1996 and reached 189.8-million hectares in 2017. Different countries have made different decisions about production and use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). In some countries, their production is permitted while their consumption is unauthorized. In some other countries the production of these products is unauthorized and there are countries where the use of evaluated transgenic products is not prohibited but it should be clearly indicated on the food label that it is transgenic in order to make a conscious consumer choice. The Iran Food and Drug Administration recently announced that these products need to be labeled as transgenic. Currently, the area under cultivation of organic crops is estimated to be about 40-million hectares in the world and about 84-thousand hectares in Iran.}, keywords = {Human Health,Organic,Transgenic}, title_fa = {سلامت و کیفیت فراورده‌های ارگانیک و تراژن}, abstract_fa = {در حال حاضر میلیونها هکتار از کشت تراژن (تراریخت) در سراسر جهان وجود دارد، در حالی که جامعه علمی در مورد نامشخص بودن تأثیر طولانی مدت غذاهای تراژن بر سلامت انسان و محیط زیست نظر دارد. طرفداران فراوردهایارگانیک معتقدند که دستکاری ژنتیکی، موجب تغییر ویژگیهای محصول غذایی میشود که برخی از آن‌ها مفید و برخی نامطلوب هستند. آن‌ها معتقدند که نباید به مدت طولانی  محصولهای غذایی ارزیابی و تأیید نشده را استفاده کرد. از سوی دیگر، آن‌ها می گویند که محصول هایتراژن به علت مقاومت ویژه ای که پیدا می کنند، می‌توانند بر برخی از گونه های طبیعی غالب  و منبع های ژرمپلاسم ژنتیکی در فلور جهان را به خطر بیندازند. محصول‌هایتراژن بخش بزرگی از صنعت کشاورزی جهان را تشکیل داده‌اند. در حال حاضر، سطح زیر کشت محصول‌هایتراژن از سال 1996 بیش از 100 برابر شده و در سال 2017 به 8/189 میلیون هکتار رسیده است. کشورهای مختلف تصمیمهای متفاوتی در مورد تولید و استفاده از موجودهای اصلاح شده ژنتیکی (GMOs) گرفته‌اند. در برخی کشورها تولید این محصولها مجاز است، در حالی که مصرف آن‌ها غیرمجاز است. در برخی دیگر از کشورها تولید این محصولها غیرمجاز است و کشورهایی وجود دارند که استفاده از محصولها تراژن ارزیابی شده ممنوع نیست، اما باید در برچسب مواد غذایی به روشنی بیان شود که از رقمهای تراژن تولید شده است تا مردم بتوانند خودآگاهانه انتخاب و مصرف کنند. محصولهای تراژن مانند ذرت و سویا و برخی دیگر از راه واردات به ایران وارد می‌شود. سازمان غذا و داروی ایران به تازگی اعلام کرده است که این نوع محصولها نیاز به برچسب تراژن دارند. در حال حاضر سطح زیر کشت محصولهای ارگانیک در جهان حدود 40 میلیون هکتار و حدود 84 هزار هکتار در ایران تخمین زده می شود. توصیه می شود که تا حد ممکن مصرف محصولهای تراژن که به طور کامل در طولانی مدت ارزیابی نشده و تأثیرهای محیط زیستی آن مورد پرسش است به ویژه به طور مستقیم به مصرف انسان نرسد. محصول‌هایی مانند روغن دانههای تراژن از ترکیب‌های دیگر قابل پذیرش ترند.}, keywords_fa = {ارگانیک,تراژن,سلامت انسان}, url = {https://srj.asnr.ias.ac.ir/article_113094.html}, eprint = {https://srj.asnr.ias.ac.ir/article_113094_75a730120b9aa2c4d9d21aea7c9591fa.pdf} }
